Questions about Registration and Activation

Do I give my credit/debit card during registration?

No. All we require is some basic information about you and your business to enable us to configure your company and build your website.

How long is the trial period?

The trial period is for 14 days. We are however flexible in allowing you a few extra days to Activate your account after the trial period.

Can I meet with a Business Advisor during the trial period?

We are keen to build relationships with our partner businesses. You can contact us and we will arrange a telephone based conversation with a Business Advisor. Do bear in mind, you will be contact by a Business Manager within 24 hours of your registration - so you can contact the Advisor as required.

Can I change my Apps during the trial period?

Unfortunately No. However after the trial and account activation, you will be assigned a dedicated Business Support Manager you will help you determine the right apps for your business. We are very flexible in helping you select the right mix of apps for your business and its requirements.

How soon can I activate my account?

You can activate your account at anytime during the trial period. Simply click the Activation button in the confirmation email we send. The link takes you to your company's database and a page to confirm your account activation.

When can I start using my Apps?

You can start using your Apps immediately after registration and you log into your company's database. Do bear in mind, our Business Make-Over Team, will be busy working on your company to configure apps and build your starter website. So feel free to try applications and watch our our how to videos to get you started.

Questions about the Business Make-Over

How long does it take to complete the Make-Over?

The make-over takes 7 days.

Can I use my Apps during the Make--Over?

Yes you can. You will also see the changes to performed by the Make-Over Team as it happens.

Can I make suggestions on the design of my company's website during the Make-Over process?

Yes. Contact your Business Advisor or email OMT@mwbecloud.com.

How can I get assistance in using the Apps for managing our business processes?

We are creating a series of How to videos to assist you in understanding the most common business processes, including, Order to Cash or Procure to pay. You can also call your Support Team using the Telephone extension we give you. Dialling the extension takes you directly your Team who will assist you with any functional or technical question. Our goal is to remove the complexity that is often associated with routine business processes.

Can I add more pages to my website?

After the Trial period and account activation, you receive unlimited customization support. However, if you wish to have your website content properly managed, please speak with your Business Support Manager or Call your Support Team.

What is the difference in support between the products I use as part of my bundle and Shared Office Services?

The best way to understand this is, with products, your do all the processing yourself, and receive functional and technical support via email or phone. Wth Shared Back Office Services, you support team actually process transactions, take calls for your company, manage your diary and so on. In effect, they are your own "virtual" back office staff.

What is the difference between a Business Advisor and Business Support Manager

The Business Advisor helps you understand the range of services and products we have and how they are best used within your business. The Business Advisor also informs you of new products and services or changes to existing ones. A Business Support Manager works closely with you to develop and grow your business. As such, the Business Manager looks at strategic and operational mattters and makes recommendations on improving processes, maximizing income, reducing costs and so on. You are automatically assigned both a Business Advisor and a Business Support Manager, with the Business Support Manager working directly with you on a regular basis. There is no additional cost for these services, although the amount of their time allocated to each client is limited!

What is the size and composition of my dedicated back Office Support Team?

The size and mix of your Support Team depends on your needs. Teams can be comprised of general and professional members. So for example you may have a Customer Services Associate, Accounting Associate, Payroll Associate and so on. The tasks performed might be mixed between your existing staff and our Back office Support staff. Because all your data is in one place in the mwBeCLOUD, all members of the team has controlled access to areas of data you determine. Speak with your Business Support Manager of how to build the right team for your business.

Can you work with my existing staff and only select staff I don't currently have?

Yes we can. In fact most clients will have existing staff. However, existing staff may not have the expertise or time to effectively manage all the tasks in your company or may use inefficient processes. Working with your Business Support Manager we will help you determine the right mix of support; for example, you may wish to process Orders locally but have your Support Team chase doing payments and processes them. You might want us to field calls when you are busy or organize projects scheduling for you. Each scenario is different but our mwBeCLOUD brings people together to work effectively whether locally or from several locations at the same time.

What is an IVR and how will you improve our communications?

IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response. Its the initial greeting and prompts you are presented with when you call a company. Have an IVR with intelligent call routing, gives your business a professional presentation. It also means you can exercise greater control over call traffic. Speak with your Business Advisor about this very powerful service - which comes included with all the bundled packages.

Can I add and remove products and services?

Yes you can. You are not subject to a long term contract. However, the services and packages is subject to a 1 month term and may attract a set-up fee. Please speak with your Business Advisor for more information.

Questions about paying for products and services

Am I tied to a long term contract?

No. All our products and services range for 1 to 3 months. Some services particularly shared office services have a minimum term due to the necessary organization and training of staff.

How do i pay my invoices?

You receive a monthly (30 days) invoice from us for all your products and services used. You are required to pay the invoice within 14 days using our PayPal links. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to pay monthly using a subscription type service. Please speak with your Business Support Manager about the payment options that are available to you.

What happens if I cannot pay my bill?

We ask customers to promptly and on time. However, if you begin to experience cash flow challenges that might affect your ability to pay, speak to us as soon as possible. Call Client Services on 212 202 0311 or email cst@mwbecloud.com

Questions about Privacy and data security

Is my data shared with other companies?

No. Each customer has their own dedicated database. You data is not shared with any company nor do we sell your information for marketing purposes.

How secure is the mwBeCLOUD

We take great care to ensure your data remains and secure as possible. Transactions are encrypted using SSL protocols. We also operate strict access protocols on who can see what aspect of your data. in fact we give you control of Access rights so only the people or staff you want to access your data can do so.

Can I have my data if I decide to leave mwBECLOUD services?

Yes you can. However there is likely to be a small fee for migrating the data in formats you specify
